How to Pack a Lunchbox
At school, there are set times for snack and
lunch.
Your child will need:
Lunch - a main meal to fill them up and
give them energy for the day
Lunch
Snack - this is a smaller item to get them
through to their next meal.
An extra snack for very active kids, or kids
with extra activities planned after school.
Fruit and Vegetable snack - some schools
will have a separate fruit break; otherwise,
children can eat this as part of their lunch
